Upload one certificate per child. It remains private and can be reused for every sport and season.

Sports physicals
Football players must have a current physical accepted before they may practice or participate. You may upload the physical here at any time before the season. Registration and payment can be completed before the physical is available.
Return-to-play medical release
A medical release is never a registration requirement. It documents clearance after an injury or medical restriction. When Noble Youth Sports formally marks a release as required, the family receives a notification and the player remains on medical hold until the release is accepted. Private medical documents are limited to the family and specifically authorized reviewers, and each view is recorded.

These child profiles have the same date of birth. If they are the same child, choose the profile name you want to keep. Past registrations are preserved.
Parents and guardians
Each adult uses their own verified email and password while sharing the same children, documents and registrations.
Invitations expire after seven days. The invited guardian must verify and use the exact email address shown.
