  2. Choose Reset password or Email me a sign-in code if you cannot use your password. Follow the verification steps shown; check spam and your email spelling if a code does not arrive. Delivery is not guaranteed.
  3. Never share passwords or sign-in codes. After signing in with a code, use Account, then Set / change password if needed.

Review household, player and guardian information

  1. Open Parent Account and review household contacts and player information before each season registration. School, grade and medical information can change.
  2. Use guardian access for the selected child to invite another adult. Each adult verifies their own email and accepts; household membership alone does not grant child access.
  3. Use a private issue report for missing children, ownership or birth-date corrections. Do not create duplicate player records or attach identity documents to a report.

Understand registration and payment status

  1. Choose an available program and a player; review contacts, school and eligibility; provide required documents and acknowledgments; review answers and the itemized total before submitting.
  2. Draft means unfinished. Awaiting payment means a registration exists with payment still due. Pending admin review means an administrator decision is needed. Read registration and payment status separately.
  3. Continuing through a form does not charge you. Review the exact amount on the final payment action. An unfinished checkout, submitted registration or pending manual payment is not proof of payment. Ask the responsible sport about discrepancies; do not pay again solely because a display did not refresh.

Upload required documents and read review status

  1. Open the player or registration in Parent Account and use its private document workflow. Requirements depend on the sport and season.
  2. Pending means awaiting review; verified means accepted by an authorized reviewer; rejected means a replacement or correction is needed. Uploading alone does not verify a document.
  3. Birth certificates are reusable for the same player across sports. Keep certificates and medical records out of email and support screenshots. Volunteer clearance evidence must be proof of clearance only, through the private application workflow; never upload a full background report.

Find teams, schedules and external resources

  1. Use the assigned team in Parent Account, or My Teams for an approved coach with a team grant. Ask the responsible sport administrator to review missing access.
  2. Public sport schedules are available from sport pages. Soccer schedules do not require a roster. Check the season and source: historical schedules are not current schedules.
  3. External schedules and stores use the configured provider. No store link means no approved active destination is published. Purchases are handled by the external store.

Apply to coach or volunteer and check access

  1. Sign in with your own verified email, then use the application for the sport. Coaching interest does not approve an application.
  2. Application approval, screening or exemptions, required training and team assignment are separate steps. Pending or expired requirements may prevent access.
  3. Approved coaches use My Teams for assigned teams. Role guides and private reports are available in signed-in Help & Support.

Find role-specific administrator and coach help

  1. Sign in and open Help & guides from Sport Administration or Need Help from your workspace. Guides reflect your role and authorized sports.
  2. Use the existing private report for a correction or service issue. Do not include participant documents or payment-card information. A report does not grant permissions or approve a refund.
  3. Phone and email options appear only when configured and appropriate for your role. Reports are not monitored continuously. Accepted or queued messages are not proof of delivery.
